LET IT GO...
When people can walk away from you let them walk. Your destiny is never tied to anybody that left. The bible said that, they came out from us that it might be made manifest that they were not for us. For had they been of us no doubt they would have continued with us.(1John2:19)
people you because they are not joined to you.and if they are not joined to you, you cant make them stay.let them go.And it doesnt mean that they are bad, it just means that their part in your story is over.And youve got to know when people's part in your story is over so that you dont keep trying to raise the dead.You ve got to know when it is dead.
Youve got to know when it is over.Let me tell you something. Ive got the gift of goodbye.its the tenth spiritual gift.i believe in goodbye.its not that im hateful,its that im faithful and i know whatever God means for me to have He ll give it to me.And if it takes too much sweat i dont need it.Stop begging people to stay.Let them go.if you are holding on to something that doesnt belong to you and was never intended for your life, then you need to....LET IT GO
If you are holding on to past hurts and pains...LET IT GO
If someone cant treat you right,love you back and see your worth..LET IT GO
if someone has angered you....LET IT GO
If you are holding on to some thoughts of evil and revenge...LET IT GO
if you are involved in a wrong relationship or addiction..LET IT GO
if you are holding on to a job that no longer meets your needs or talents...LET IT GO
if you have a bad attitude....LET IT GO
if you keep judging others to make yourself feel better...LET IT GO
if youre stuck in the past and God is trying to take you to a new level in Him...LET IT GO
if you are struggling with the healing of a broken relationship..LET IT GO
if you keep trying to help someone who wont even try to help themselves...LET IT GO
if youre feeling depressed and stressed....LET IT GO
if there is a particular situation that ure so used to handling yourself and God is saying "TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF IT" then you need to.. LET IT GO
Let the past be the past. Forget the former things.God is doing a new thing in 2010...LET IT GO
The battle is the Lord's
Get right or get left.Think about it and then LET IT GO
(TD JAKES)
Never take away anyone's hope. That may be all they have.
GOD BE WITH YOU BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE.

sick~~~
Wake up in the morning, feeling uncomfortable or can said to be short of breathe.
Go to school as usual, and my health condition became worse. Headache, cough, dizziness, chest pain, and fever all are in my body. Suspect myself being infected by the flu after seeing the notice in the school office. After school, go to the doctor and have a health check. The doctor said if the condition become worse after 3 days, i would have to go to the hospital. The doctor gave me some medicine and ask me to observe my condition while i'm having my medicine for 3 days. After the medical check, i went to buy some herbal tea for my illness and masks as a precaution step.
Back to home and had few breads for dinner-it's unusual for me by just having few breads as dinner. Don't have the appetite. After meal, had my medicine and go to bed for a while - the time is 7.00pm.
A sms came, woke me up, at 8.30pm. Reply the sms and do my work. Still feeling dizzy because of the medicine. Just did not feel any better after taking the medicine. The headache, fever, flu and etc is still there. Cannot continue my homework, choose to surf the internet. At 11.00pm, went to bed again. Woke up at 12.30am to take medicine for fever.
12/8/09
Woke up at 7am to take my medicine again. After that back into my bed. Woke up again at 11.30am. Had my lunch and medicine again. Back to sleep at 2.00pm. Woke up at 4.30pm and felt much more better. Thank God for listening to my prayer and everyone that pray for me. The dizziness is still felt. Do some housework and drink some herbal tea. May the blessings of God fall unto those who care and pray for me. During the time of illness, have more time to recall what i've done previously, and also the lesson learnt. Mayb this is the God's will by giving me the illness and let me have some time to think thoroughly about my life rather than keeping my life busy all the time.

Everybody's interest...
Although it's a late post, but i found it interesting that i must share with all of u in here.
Today's our physics' test day. Early in the morning, at 8.00am, there should be a GP( General Paper ) class for us. But because of the 'power' of physics, many of us skipped the GP class. They do went to school early in the morning but not going in to class - if i can recall back, many of them stay at our school's park, so called YAM YAM Park. It's not because it's yummy but it's YAM( Cantonese ), students like the place most. The place would be fully occupied for the whole day from 8.00am to 4.00pm. Hardly can find a place to sit on and do some revision during recess time.
Today, as usual, i also reached school at time, and LOL, skipped my GP class. Guess what? The first sentence that came out from my mouth is " Have you done your reading?"( Physics i mean ) and this phrase had became our favourite, the phrase was passing from ear to ears. From GP class( I skipped this ) until Physics class-the last class of the day and also the time of our Physics test. The phrase continued until a minute before the test and seconds before the test we're still repeating the phrase. Now thinking about it makes me wanna LOL. But 1 thing that made me feel sad is i cant afford to finish the test as time is not enough for us, and also i havent done my reading on that yet. LOL...

tired...God guide me...
this, that, these, those;
the same thing keep repeating;
is it life worth living,
by just busying with;
our own matter,
of what others think about us,
this that these those,
internal-spriritual? abandoned? neglected?
hunger? thirst? who cares...
addicted...world, physical excitement.
God,
Your LOVE, Your FORGIVENESS,
Guide me, lead me,
wihout Your presence,
nothing i am;
i'm here,
once again; You found me
draw me into Your presence,
Lord,
i'm here,
now,
to serve,
to worship,
You, Almighty God.
i pray to You,
Your blessings to fall upon us,
to create us in a clean environment,
In the name of Jesus,
AMEN...

HAppINESS?!
Correlation with Religious Involvement:
There is now extensive research suggesting that religious people are happier and less stressed. Surveys by Gallup, the National Opinion Research Centre and the Pew Organization conclude that spiritually committed people are twice as likely to report being "very happy" than the least religiously committed people. An analysis of over 200 social studies contends that "high religiousness predicts a lower risk of depression and drug abuse and fewer suicide attempts, and more reports of satisfaction with sex life and a sense of well-being," and a review of 498 studies published in peer-reviewed journals concluded that a large majority of them showed a positive correlation between religious commitment and higher levels of perceived well-being and self-esteem and lower levels of hypertension, depression, and clinical delinquency. Studies by Keith Ward show that overall religion is a positive contributor to mental health, and a meta-analysis of 34 recent studies published between 1990 and 2001 also found that religiosity has a salutary relationship with psychological adjustment, being related to less psychological distress, more life satisfaction, and better self-actualization. Finally, a recent systematic review of 850 research papers on the topic concluded that "the majority of well-conducted studies found that higher levels of religious involvement are positively associated with indicators of psychological well-being (life satisfaction, happiness, positive affect, and higher morale) and with less depression, suicidal thoughts and behavior, drug/alcohol use/abuse."
The individual level of happiness and religiosity correlations show up when measuring within the United States, a predominantly religious country. According to a 2007 paper by Liesbeth Snoep in the Journal of Happiness Studies, there is no significant correlation between religiosity and individual happiness in Netherlands and Denmark, countries that have lower rates of religion than the United States. When measuring between countries, the least religious industrialized countries such as in northern Europe have a much higher happiness than the most religious industrialized country, the US, so cross country comparisons on religiosity and happiness seem to show a societal level correlation of increased secularization and decreased religiosity to increased happiness. It may be simply that non-religious people are less happy in a religious country, but everyone is happier in more secular, less religious countries.
